Worth eating the dian sum there. Is nice!. especially the manga prawn.! Never took much photos was busy eating. lol

2 days ago, i decided to quit 7 years of passion in basketball. . .I Know is not easy, yes i'm been trying to control for the past months. As my knee and ankle are giving me problems, add on to yesterday 12km run at ECP, what's more can i say? For the time being, i Must control.. a Must. .
